I cannot recommend Madeline enough. She is a fantastic person to work with and I can’t thank her enough for making the wedding dress of my dreams. I came to her with a simple satin dress in the wrong size from a charity shop and three lace tablecloths,and she created an incredible one off, vintage style dress that fit me perfectly. I felt so special wearing it and everyone commented on how beautiful it was and how expensive it looked! Madeline’s attention to detail and hard work shone through and she obviously takes pride in what she does. When I took my Mum’s ivory wedding sari with gold woven into it, to Madeline, to transform into my own updated wedding dress, I was quite nervous. I knew Madeline was hugely talented as I’d seen some of her work, but I really wanted my mum to love it too, but I was worrying about nothing, Madeline did the most stunning job. Making me a part of the design process, listening to and incorporating my ideas which I hoped would still reference my Indian roots. Mum loved it! I had also underestimated how much I would enjoy the process too- drinking mugs of tea in Mads’ bedroom, discussing ideas whilst her gorgeous kids kept coming in to have a look, so cute!
Madeline is a humble genius who works magic. I will treasure my dress forever as I will the wonderful memories of making it together. by Fran

I had been to a few bridal boutiques before I met Madeline and didn’t feel the dresses or the experience was very me. Then I met Madeline. Madeline took the time to get to know me, my style and the wedding day my husband and I were planning.
I felt very involved in the process, from shopping for silk together to creating accessories, like the handmade gloves and belt, and when the dress was complete, I was delighted. On the big day, I felt beautiful, confident and extremely grateful to have found Madeline. By Helen.

Madeline is amazing and wonderfully talented! She redesigned my wedding dress using my mother’s dress from 1973. Madeline created a dress that was perfect for me, exactly what I wanted, it was like she knew what I was looking for without me even needing to say it.
Fittings were always fun and relaxed and I was always able to add my own suggestions to the design, which madeline matched exactly as I wanted.
Creating my daughters flower girl dress from the same material my mother married in was the icing on the cake, it made the day even more special and meaningful.
